To apply for an American Climber Science expedition, please fill out and mail an application form to Dr. John All at mt.clim8@gmail.com.

Upon acceptance to the expedition, you will be asked to fill out all the remaining four forms (Waiver, Terms and Conditions, Huascaran National Park form, and a Medical Questionnaire). All forms must be emailed to Dr. John All at mt.clim8@gmail.com.
